Corporate Policy.
Effective June 2026. By using our website, configurator, or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our services are currently available to Canadian customers only.
Nature of Services
Candocgo Corp. provides professional AI training, distillation, dataset preparation, infrastructure allocation, and integration services. We do not sell, license, or transfer ownership of artificial intelligence models — whether foundation models or fine-tuned outputs. All fees quoted on our website and configurator reflect the cost of labour, compute, engineering, and deliverables associated with performing these services on your behalf.
Upon completion of a build, clients receive trained model weights, deployment files, and any agreed integration deliverables. Ownership of and responsibility for those outputs transfer to the client at delivery, subject to the terms of any applicable third-party model licenses described below.
Third-Party Foundation Models
Our training services may utilize open-weight foundation models developed by third parties (including but not limited to DeepSeek, Meta, Alibaba, Mistral AI, Microsoft, and Google). These models are subject to their respective license terms and usage restrictions, which remain in effect after training and delivery.
Candocgo Corp. does not claim ownership of any third-party foundation model. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and complying with the license governing any base model selected during configuration.
Client Responsibility & Post-Delivery Use
Once a build is delivered, the client assumes full responsibility for how the resulting model is deployed, operated, monitored, and used. This includes — but is not limited to — compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations, employment standards, privacy obligations, and ethical guidelines in the client's jurisdiction.
Candocgo Corp. is not liable for any actions, decisions, outputs, damages, losses, or legal claims arising from the client's use, misuse, or deployment of any AI model or deliverable after delivery. AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. Clients must implement appropriate human oversight, validation, and safeguards before relying on model outputs in any operational, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical context.
Eligibility — Canadian Customers Only
At this time, Candocgo Corp. accepts orders exclusively from clients located in Canada. By using our configurator or completing a purchase, you represent that you are a Canadian resident or a business entity registered and operating in Canada.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order from outside Canada. International availability may be introduced in the future; any expansion will be announced on this page.
Payment Processing
All online payments are processed securely in Canadian dollars (CAD) by Stripe, Inc. Candocgo Corp. does not store full credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers. By completing a purchase through our configurator, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms of service and privacy policy.
Prices displayed on our website and configurator are in CAD unless otherwise stated. Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST, where required) may be added at checkout. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout based on your selected configuration. Candocgo Corp. reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, misconfigured, inconsistent with our service scope, or placed from outside Canada.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because our services involve dedicated compute allocation and engineering work scheduled upon payment, refunds are generally not available once training has commenced. Cancellation requests received before work begins may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us through our secure inquiry channel to discuss any billing concern.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Candocgo Corp., its directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill — arising from or related to our services, website, or any deliverable provided.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that engagement. Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Data Residency & Sovereignty
Candocgo Corp. operates under a Canadian-first mandate. Training workloads, document processing, and associated data storage occur on infrastructure physically located within Canadian borders, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We work to comply with applicable provincial and federal data residency requirements relevant to the services performed.
Data Handling & Retention
Client datasets submitted for training are used solely to perform the agreed services. Unless explicitly required by a signed service level agreement, training data and intermediate artifacts are purged from our systems following successful delivery and a reasonable retention window for support purposes.
Clients who provide their own datasets represent and warrant that they have the legal right to use that data for AI training purposes and that the data does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
Privacy & PIPEDA
As a federally incorporated corporation, Candocgo Corp. adheres to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where applicable. We collect only the personal information necessary to process orders, communicate about services, and fulfil contractual obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard practices. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be reflected in the policy version number below.
